LinkPilot is a privacy-first tool. We collect only the data necessary to operate the service:

• IP Address: We store the IP address of users who create or access links. This helps us prevent abuse and monitor traffic patterns.
• Click Count: Each short link tracks how many times it is visited. We do not collect any personal data about visitors.
• Email Address (Optional): If you provide your email, we store it securely to send you a one-time-use login link (a “magic link”) and occasional feature updates. We do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties.

LinkPilot uses a passwordless login system via magic links. When you request access, a secure, one-time-use link is sent to your email to verify your identity. No password is ever stored. This approach reduces risk and simplifies access while keeping your data safe.

We do not use cookies, third-party tracking scripts, or analytics platforms. Your use of LinkPilot remains anonymous unless you choose otherwise.
